A Mindfulness Mini-Binder Cool Down for Kids!

Mindfulness improves immune function (fewer illnesses), increases concentration, improves self-acceptance and self-esteem, strengthens resilience, helps to control anger, hyperactivity, and decrease stress. This daily practice truly works. Play some meditation music after lunch and a lot 5 minutes of daily mindfulness practice. It is a necessary life skill. Today the my students had a blast acting like scientist and engineers creating army man launchers. They had a limited amount of materials, but big ideas!!!! I was pleasantly surprised at how far their launchers threw the army man. They love STEAM! Get it here!
